1/4 cup dried basil (or 1 cup fresh)
1/4 package silken tofu
1/2 cup cooked garbanzo beans
1 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp almond milk
2 tsp spicy brown mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
Blend until smooth. Keeps in the fridge for about 5 days.
